The above Timeline is just a sample. The actual length of time it takes to design and build a home depends on the size and complexity of the home, the clients schedule, weather, and Sound Home Builders schedule.
However, once we choose a start date we work very hard along with our clients to meet that deadline.

We spend a great deal of time with our clients before construction begins. Therefore, we require a $7,000 deposit from our clients, which is then applied as a payment received toward the cost of the home. Once the final contract is signed costs will not change unless the client decides to make a change. If a change is requested a Change Order is written with the cost clearly stated and that change is not made until the client approves and signs the Change Order.
