Sound Home Builders was incorporated in 1997 and is owned and operated by Ron and Michele Andronowitz. Over the past ten years the company has grown in size and sales from a company who built three to four homes a year with three employees to a company who now builds eight to twelve home a year with six employees.

Whether building a 1,500 square foot cottage or a 10,000 square foot estate, we strive to provide all our clients with outstanding quality and service by "Building Quality Homes and Lasting Relationships."  To do this we have developed a unique program that guides our clients through the design build process taking all of the guess work and anxiety out of building a custom home.

We will design and build your home to your specifications, taking care of all the permits and surveys, clearing, septic, acquiring Architectural Standard Committee Approval, driveways and walkways, even landscaping if you choose to have that included. When the house is done all our clients need to do is move in.

We also do all of our own drawings, this allows us to customize each home to meet our individual clients needs and preferences. This also allows us to incorporate our construction standards and guidelines into each drawing. In addition it gives us the ability to generate highly detailed plans for every subcontractor that works with us so that they can work efficiently.

We build each home as if we were going to live in it. We are a small, hands on company and therefore limit the number of homes we build each year as well as the distance we will travel. Currently we are building in the Hertford and Edenton Areas.
